This website is operated by URlife. By visiting our website and/or making a purchase, you engage with our services (“Service”) and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any additional policies referenced on the website or accessible via hyperlinks.

These terms apply to all users of the website, including visitors, customers, merchants, and anyone who accesses or contributes to the site.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website. Accessing or using our website means that you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, we advise you not to use the website.

Any new features, updates, or tools added to the webshop fall automatically under these Terms. The most recent version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page.

URlife reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. If you continue using our website after changes are made, you automatically accept the updated Terms.

Our webshop is powered by Shopify, the platform that provides the technical infrastructure of our online store. URlife is fully responsible for the content, products, customer service, and information provided on this website.

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, we define the following:

• Entrepreneur:
  URlife, the party operating the webshop through Shopify, offering 100% natural intimate care products via www.urlife.nl
• Consumer:
  A natural person who places an order through the URlife webshop without acting on behalf of a profession or business.
• Agreement:
  The purchase agreement that is formed when the consumer places an order via the URlife webshop.
• Products:
  All 100% natural intimate care products from URlife, developed for gentle, comfortable, and responsible intimate use.

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries by URlife via www.urlife.nl.
By placing an order, you fully agree to these Terms.
Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by URlife.

Article 3 – Offers and Agreement

• All offers on the URlife Shopify webshop are non-binding and may be changed or withdrawn by the entrepreneur.
• The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer places an order and the payment has been successfully processed via Shopify’s payment systems.
• URlife reserves the right to refuse an order or apply additional conditions, for example in the case of incorrect payments, incomplete information, or suspicious orders.

Article 4 – Prices and Payments

• All prices listed on the Shopify webshop are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made using the payment methods provided by Shopify, such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.
• The consumer is responsible for correctly and promptly entering the required payment information.
• The consumer is required to pay the full amount due, on time.
• In case of non-payment, URlife has the right to dissolve the agreement or suspend the delivery of products.

Article 5 – Delivery

• The products are delivered to the address provided by the consumer during checkout, collected through Shopify’s ordering system.
• The delivery period will be fulfilled within the stated timeframes, provided that payment has been successfully processed and the product is in stock.
• URlife is not responsible for delays caused by Shopify or third parties such as postal or courier services.
• If delivery is not possible, URlife will notify the consumer within 30 days, and the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, undamaged, unopened, and unused, via the return instructions listed in the URlife Shopify webshop.
  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise agreed.
• After withdrawal, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal – Hygiene & Intimate Products

For the safety and hygiene of our customers, intimate care products whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned.
This is in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code (exclusion of withdrawal rights for products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened).

Products may only be returned when:

• the seal is completely intact,

• the product is unused,

• and the product is in its original, undamaged packaging.

Article 7 – Warranty and Liability

• We guarantee that the products we deliver comply with the agreement and show no defects at the time they reach you.
• If a product is defective, the consumer must submit a complaint within a reasonable period after receiving the product.
• URlife is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products or damage unrelated to the product’s actual defect.
• All claims must be submitted to URlife within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.

Article 8 – Complaints

• If you have a complaint, report this within two months using the contact details on our website.
• URlife will respond to the complaint within 14 days. If more time is needed, the consumer will be informed.
• If we cannot resolve the issue together, the complaint may be submitted to a recognized dispute resolution body or the European ODR platform.

Article 9 – User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

• When you send certain specific submissions at our request (for example contest entries) or, without a request from us, send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans or other materials — whether online, via email, by post or otherwise (collectively “comments”) — you agree that we may at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

  We are not obligated to:

  1. Treat comments as confidential;
     
     
  2. Pay compensation for any comments;
     
     
  3. Respond to any comments.
     
     

  Although we have no obligation to do so, we may monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or content that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.

  You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that your comments will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or viruses or other malware that could affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or mislead us or third parties as to the origin of your comments.

  You are solely responsible for the comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party.

Article 10 – Duration and Termination of the Agreement

• The consumer may terminate an agreement of indefinite duration, which involves the periodic delivery of products, at any time with a notice period of up to one month.
• The obligations and liabilities incurred before the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement.
• These Terms and Conditions remain in effect unless terminated by you or by us. You may terminate them at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or simply by stopping the use of our website.
• URlife may terminate the agreement in cases of non-payment, fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms.
• We may also terminate the agreement without prior notice if, in our judgment, you fail or we suspect you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms. In such cases you remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination and we may deny you access to our Services (or any part of them).

Article 11 – Privacy and Data Processing

• We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Data collected via Shopify is used solely for fulfilling the agreement and improving the user experience.
• Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• The consumer has the right to access, correct or delete their personal data by contacting URlife.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to the website, products and services of URlife remain the property of the company or authorized third parties.
• The consumer is prohibited from reproducing, copying or otherwise using the website content or products without express written permission.

Article 13 – Applicable Law and Disputes

• All agreements between you and URlife are governed by Dutch law.
• Disputes arising from the agreement may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed.
• The consumer also has the option to submit complaints through the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr).

Article 14 – Final Provisions

• If any provision in these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• URlife reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be published through the Shopify webshop.

Article 15 – Force Majeure

URlife is not liable for delays, shortcomings or failure to fulfil obligations when caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to:

• strikes or labor interruptions,

• failures in transport or communication systems,

• pandemics or health crises,

• failures at suppliers, manufacturing partners or delivery services,

• natural disasters, fire or extreme weather conditions,

• technical failures (such as Shopify, payment providers or shipping platforms),

• government measures or legal restrictions.

In cases of force majeure, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the situation. As soon as circumstances allow, URlife will resume operations as quickly as possible.

Article 16 – Use of the Website and Products

• Age Requirement: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least the legal age in your state or province of residence, or that you have reached the legal age and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use our site.

• Prohibited Use:

  In addition to other prohibitions outlined in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  (a) for any unlawful purpose;
  (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts;
  (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws or local ordinances;
  (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
  (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, intimidate or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability;

  (h) to track or collect personal information of others;
  (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape;

URlife reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time. We may, at our sole discretion, decide whether to accept an order or terminate the delivery of products or services to a customer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission from URlife.

Article 19 – Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
