Processing and shipping
Orders placed on working days before 17:00 are usually shipped the same day.
After placing your order, we carefully check all details and prepare the shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so you can easily follow your parcel.
Delivery
We deliver within the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of the European Union. Orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL or DPD.
Your parcel will be delivered to the address you provided or — where applicable — to a service point.
Discreet shipping, with respect for your privacy
We understand that privacy is important. That is why all URlife orders are discreetly packaged. The outside of the parcel does not show any information about the contents or type of product.
