Return Policy
At URlife, your satisfaction, comfort and safety are our priority. Below you can read everything about returns, hygiene conditions, exchanges and refunds.
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to submit a return request.
Opened or used intimate products cannot be returned.
Returns are only accepted after approval.
After approval, we refund within 10 business days.
Return period
We apply a return period of 14 days. This means that after receiving your order, you have 14 days to submit a return request.
After this period, we unfortunately can no longer accept a return request.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be unused, unopened and with all labels or seals intact.
- The item must be packed in its original packaging.
- You need a receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
Important for intimate and hygienic products
Our products are intended for the most sensitive and intimate areas of the body. For health and hygiene reasons, additional conditions therefore apply.
- Opened or used intimate care products can not be returned.
- Products of which the seal, packaging or security seal has been broken are not accepted for safety and hygiene reasons.
Submit a return request
Would you like to start a return? Please contact us at info@urlife.nl. Add your receipt or proof of purchase so we can review your request quickly.
You can also submit a return request via: account.urlife.nl.
- The cost of the return label is at your own expense.
- Returns without a previously approved return request will not be accepted.
- Only send an item back after your return request has been approved.

Damage and issues
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if an item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product.
This allows us to review and resolve the issue quickly and carefully.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Hygienic or intimate products of which the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken.
- Used or opened care products.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item? The fastest way is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item once your return has been approved.
This way, you can be sure the desired product is available and avoid unnecessary delays.
14-day right of withdrawal within the EU
For orders within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.
The items must meet the same return conditions: unused, unopened, with labels or seals intact and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will let you know the status by email. When your return is approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- The full order amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded when the return meets the conditions.
- The cost of returning the item from your address to us is at your own expense.
- Within the Netherlands, return costs are on average €6.95 per package.
- For Belgium, return costs are usually between €7.95 and €8.95, depending on the chosen carrier.
Please note that the processing time of your bank or credit card company may affect when the amount becomes visible in your account.
